Taste and olfactory sensations during tasting
It enchants you with its complex aroma with fruity tones of blueberries and blackberries, with floral hints of violets and red roses, but also the herbal note of mint, eucalyptus and other herbs typical of South Tyrol. In the case of more mature specimens, tones of black cherry and plums are added to the berries, usually accompanied by a spicy aroma of cloves, wood and cocoa. On the palate, Lagrein wines are full, soft and soft, despite the energetic tannins.
