Pinot Gris (Pinot Gris) - about the vine variety

It is first mentioned in sources in the 14th century. It probably comes from Burgundy, from where it spread throughout Europe. Today it is grown more significantly in Veneto, Italy, Alsace, France, but also in Germany, Austria and the Czech Republic. It probably originated from a bud mutation of Pinot Noir.

Expect tones of fruit - grapefruit, orange and apricot, balanced nuts and honey, vanilla or cocoa. The color is beautifully golden with a warm pink tinge.
